Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make your appointment, please call or text (239) 402-6432 or send an Instagram message 24-48 hours in advance to avoid the Cancellation Fee. For appointments being a "No-Show" or canceled within 24 hours, 50% of the service total will be charged as a Cancellation Fee to the credit card on file. If you are unable to make your appointment and it is part of a “3PK” package of facial treatments, please be aware that they are NON-REFUNDABLE. With that being said, if you are unable to make your appointment, please call or text (239) 402-6432 or send an Instagram message 24-48 hours in advance. For appointments being a “No-Show” or canceled within 24 hours, ONE OF YOUR FACIALS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR PACKAGE.
